Communicating about mental health resources for pandemic-related stress

The pandemic has been and continues to be an incredibly stressful time for everyone. With case rates still high, many people will contract COVID-19 even if they are actively trying to prevent it. If someone you know has contracted COVID-19 and has expressed difficulty coping, the Cleveland Clinic has written an article with ways to cope with the diagnosis. Proper self care can improve mental health while they are sick. Reminders to eat well, rest, and lower their expectations for themselves while going through COVID-19 can be helpful.
