211 Arizona 

Arizona 211 allows you to search statewide resources by location and service or program type. They offer a variety of food, healthcare, heat relief, transportation, and rental and utility assistance services. You can quickly access 211 resources by searching on the website or by calling 211 

AzCHOW 

The Arizona Community Health Workers Association is a professional association created to inform and unite culturally diverse community health workers across disciplines. AzCHOW is hosting the 2024 Roots conference in June, which you can register for here. Interested in becoming a Community Health Worker? University of Arizona Mobile Health Unit 

The University of Arizona Mobile Health Unit operates throughout Arizona and focuses on screening for and the prevention of chronic health diseases, especially diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, overweight, and obesity. Other services offered include referrals to other programs, substance abuse resources, STI treatment, mental health services, and assistance with enrolling for medical insurance coverage. AzCRH 

The Arizona Center for Rural Health hosted by the University of Arizona provides news, resources, events, and training opportunities specifically for Arizona’s rural population. Click here to learn about the 50th Annual Arizona Rural Health Conference, which will be hosted in June. Check out the AzCRH Events page for detailed information about upcoming events. They also have a map created by the Arizona Department of Health Services that features medical services, childcare providers, and healthcare facilities throughout the state. 

AgriSafe Network 

AgriSafe Network is a national organization focusing on the health and well-being of agricultural workers such as farmers and ranchers. On the AgriSafe website, you can search by state or job title to learn more about protecting yourself from occupational hazards. AZHEALTHTXT Toolkit  

Are you or your organization interested in developing content that assists communities stay up to date on health issues and community resources? The team behind AZHEALTHTXT has developed a toolkit that community organizations and health departments can employ to generate content that prioritizes health equity within populations of interest. The toolkit includes all the information needed to successfully launch a tailored health communications service.
